Long-distance Training In Vocational Education Platform Design And Implementation

As a practice dominant discipline in vocational education, the country vigorouslydevelop vocational education under the background of, with the development ofnetwork technology and universal, Online Teaching Platform,is playing an increasinglyimportant role in the modernization of higher education. Through online education,adigital learning environment can be created to promote the reform of educationconception,teaching content and method,to enhance the quality and efficiency ofeducation,and to improve learners’ability to survive and develop in the informationsociety.Many Online Teaching Platform software packages have been designed anddeveloped at home and abroad.However,the designing of Online Teaching Platform isstill in the exploratory stage,judged by their function and application effect.This thesis begins with study of the current status and content of remote education，analysting the development status of remote education both in domestic and foreign，thesupporting technologies of remote training and so on．After that，compare themanagement system of the traditional remote teaching and remote training，analystingthe functions and modules necessary to achieve in the management system；consideringthat wide varieties and different formats not only make the remote training managementcan not meet the requirements in efficiently store、analyze and transmit， but also resultin great difficulties in resource sharing，study how to realize efficiently store、analyzeand transimit the heterogeneous resource through using XML and other relevanttechnologies． Adopting JSF framework to realize MVC architecture，Hibernat as datapersistent technology during the development，using hibernate makes the developmentreally Object Oriented．This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of remote training system,namely students and teachers from different angles to detail the system module designto ensure system reliability, scalability, and portability. Not only stable operation of thesystem, its good scalability also ensures that the system can meet the requirements for along time. Through this system, students can participate in practical training at theschool, breaking the traditional training concepts of space and time, consolidated remote teaching resources, realization of resource sharing. At the same time, reduce trainingcosts, improve the quality of training.
