The scheme of software to realize platform is SQL2005, through it has builtdata warehouse model, realizes from star shaped model more than to the transformationof the cube, users can with more perspective, multi-level to view data, furtherunderstand the connotation of information.This paper based on the highway charge, comprehensive data warehousetechnology, design and implement the expressway of charge information managementsystem, and it provides decision system with great support. In a word, this system haspractical significance.
