With the rapid development of the highway toll operations, a large amount of historical data has been accumulated. For enterprises, how to give an effective analysis to these data, and find knowledge to guide the business decision-making, has already become the key to win the competition. DW technology and OLAP technology has become hotspots in the field of decision support system.In this paper, related knowledge of DW and OLAP are analyzed. ETL(Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading), the main process of loading data from data source to DW, is more in-depth studied. Data warehouse model is set up by tools provided SQL Server 2005 in analysis services. Star-shaped model is converted to multi-dimensional data cube, and multi-dimensional analysis model is completed. The data can be analyzed by Slicing, Cutting, Rotating and Drill-down. Then the data in data warehouse can be observed by multi-angle and multi-side. So the user can deeply understand information included in the data. The interface of system is designed in C#.net.At present, data warehouse technology is rarely used in the field of highway toll operations analysis, and systematic research results and implementation case are not successful. On the basis of studying the situation of highway toll operations, highway toll data management analysis system based DW and OLAP is designed and realized. After DW technology and OLAP technology are mutual combined. A new way is designed for decision support system. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
