The thesis analyzes thenetwork education management system in university, mainly on demand, functionrequirement, design objective, performance, security requirement, etc. And then it makea design on the system, including design principle, logical structure in the data bank,system structure, function design and system table implementation. The thesisaccomplishes an effective internet education management system in the Party School inuse of J2EE technology，The system finally is working well by test.
