ERP and CRM are two important enterprise information systems, which support enterprises on corporate operation and help to increase efficiency with advanced information technology and management methodology. ERP is a platform for enterprise internal resource integration, while CRM is a customer-centered pro-flat system. It is inevitable that ERP and CRM will integrate with each other. Sales Executive System is an important information system for sales department to use and to support enterprise operation. Based on a real project, this paper will discuss, analyze and design how to integrate the advantages and data of ERP and CRM into Sales Execution System which plays a guiding role at Manufacturing Department, Sales Department and Logistics Department. It is of great important for all enterprises.The paper will present the background and significance of the research first, and then explore the current situation and future development of ERP and CRM in China. The integration of ERP and CRM will also be discussed in this paper. Based on this research, the paper presents the qualitative analysis of the Sales Execution System based on ERP and CRM integration according to business requirements, explores the integration scope, functional framework and interface framework, and designs the system in detail with object-oriented method and using Unified Modeling Language.There are many ways to integrate ERP and CRM. The Sales Execution System based on ERP and CRM integration introduced in this paper offers a completely new train of thought, that is to develop a third system-Sales Execution System-which is different from ERP and CRM to integrate the advantages and data of ERP and CRM. It can provide a system for sales department to support the business. At the same time, it can make the advantages of ERP and CRM and connect the three systems to create a platform without data-flowing-barrier, eliminating isolated information resources.In addition, the algorithm called "Product Usage Trial " mentioned in this paper can effectively match production forecast and sales forecast, keeping away from the deviation of production and sales through controlling them. The algorithm can help to calculate the date to meet the order in advance, which contributes a lot in guiding the communication between sales and customers and improving the transaction rate. Involving with production department, sales department and logistics department, the algorithm will provide a reference for enterprise to optimize business process and improve the whole operation efficiency.
