For Dell Technologies Group which has just completed the merger how to integrate Dell and EMC and how to give full play to the advantages of one plus one over two is the most urgent task at the management level.Among them,the integration of marketing channels is the most important.For Dell Science and Technology Group,which seeks to expand market share and improve product profits,it is of great practical significance to establish an effective,scientific and suitable marketing channel policy.If Dell Technologies Group can find a suitable marketing channel through continuous improvement,it will effectively improve the competitiveness and initiative of the channel,and will be of great benefit to improve the market share of enterprise products,economic efficiency and brand image.At the same time,this paper tries to find out the common problems of sales channels in the integration process of IT enterprises under the trend of merger by analyzing the case of Dell Technology Group after merger,so that other IT enterprises can draw lessons from it when seeking merger.Based on a comprehensive and objective analysis of the current situation of Dell Technology Group's existing product sales channels and the conflict of sales channels brought about by the merger,this paper uses the theory of sales channels in marketing theory,draws lessons from the successful experience of large IT enterprises in the industry in the integration of sales channels,uses the research method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,and bases itself on Dai.Sales channel integration and product sales channel strategy design after the merger of Er Science and Technology Group.This paper argues that the main challenges faced by Dell Technologies Group in adopting multi-channel marketing model include direct distribution and distribution channel cooperation,cost increase,supply chain management and meeting customer needs and improving service quality.To meet the challenge,this paper puts forward the idea of channel reform of Dell Technology Group's multi-channel marketing,and emphasizes that Dell Technology Group should establish strong distribution channels,improve the value-added sales ability of distributors,and take relevant measures to reform the conflict between direct distribution and distribution and cost control countermeasures of multi-channel marketing mode.
