IT Resource Monitoring System Construction (ITMS) is to reduce the operation and the pressure of maintenance, also strengthen the business sector and data exchange, it is important for the business sector to provide quality services and effective means, and ITMS is also an important part of the work of science and technology information. Redundant equipment fault does not affect the operation of the whole system by using ITMS, but for the stable operation of the system may induce the potential threat. The system monitors IT resources such as all hosts, network equipment, under the association all server (agent installed), database, enterprise applications, network equipment, computer room, computer room air conditioning UPS, and environmental temperature and humidity. After the discovery of the timely alarm, the system also give an accurate positioning to solve the problem in time, greatly reduce the information platform operation and maintenance cost.In addition, the design and analysis of system has a certain performance limitations, such as the growth of business may cause business system to withstand the pressure of IT resources beyond the original performance design targets, causing in business system denial of service. After a fault service occurs, the department of IT resource need to monitor a global system which should be capable of rapidly report business system, also may cause the fault position. The business system monitoring data analysis can be found in every busy period, it can undertake business system, also increase the backup disk storage space,hardware upgrades and other means to carry out daily maintenance.In view of Shandong Province Rural Credit Cooperatives Association of the actual IT resource management and according to the nature of work custom,we developed the IT resources monitoring and management system. The system uses Java, JavaScript programming language, built in the MyEclipse integrated development environment system research and development, using Oracle9i database, IT resource operation monitoring and management system development. System using Rational Rose software UML (Unified Modeling Language) to build business model and the system architecture using hierarchical thought, based on B/S software development model of development this application system.In this paper, we combine the theory and practices to introduce the IT Resource Operation Monitoring and Management of the development process, through the Rural Credit Cooperatives and business development as well as the IT resource management analysis, we determine the goals of system design and solve problems. IT Resource Operation Monitoring and Management System do have perfect functions, achieving the function of monitoring configuration, auditing supervision and data analysis. In the running process of the system shows the platform stability, real-time monitoring and other advantages, greatly providing Rural Credit Cooperatives IT Resource management efficiency, reducing the maintenance cost of IT resources.
