Construction Machinery services in various sectors of national economy, is closely related with the country’s infrastructure and modernization, and many of developed industrial countries regard the construction machinery as a national priority to support.2011, the national "12th Five-Year" Plan start, due to regional infrastructure enthusiasm,fixed asset investment remains high and affordable housing is vigorously pursued, a quarter of2011, construction machinery industry market strong growth, production and marketing maintain trend of rapid development, the industrial output growth continued to accelerate. The huge market potential and with the technological development, people put forward higher requirements for the performance of the construction machinery. As the carrier of the high-tech, advanced construction machinery manufacturing industry has been digitized, IT, light hydraulic integration, intelligent technology microelectronic technology, remote sensing technology etc.high-tech set together, this can improve advanced engineering machinery products reliability, accuracy safety and comfort. So,Construction machinery electrical control system become an important part in the field of construction machinery research.In this paper, make the research and application of construction machinery electrical control system platform development as the main content. First of all reviewed the development status and research status of the electronic control platform of engineering machinery for domestic and foreign.Then analyze automatic transmission control systems, electronic power optimization control system and device control system of the basic structure and working principle, determine the functional requirements of the electronic control unit. Then presents the overall design of the electronic control platform, and select the sensors and actuators which meet the needs,design of the ECU circuit board base on the ARM+CPLD architecture. The hardware board take certain anti-jamming measures to ensure that the electronic control unit can work properly under poor working conditions of construction machinery. Research the proportional solenoid valve PWM control technology, focusing on high-speed ramp control method of the proportional solenoid valve, built proportional solenoid valve current feedback loop control based on the TLE7242G, to meet the implementation of the solenoid valve control accuracy. Research the automatic transmission control strategies and electronic power optimization control strategy, establish adaptive fuzzy PID control model. Research the position control, traction control, power integrated control and anti-skid control of the working device.Build an experiment platform, make experiments of control unit for sensor signal acquisition and proportional solenoid valves control, do the implementation of the institutional position control and automatic transmission control experiments. Experiments show that the electrical signal acquisition of the control platform is accurate and reliable, the executing agency action is real-time and accurate, control experiment of the automatic transmission shift logic is reasonable and consistent with design requirements.
