Along with the times of automatic comes for production manufacturing, the automatic for the assembly technology is required imminently, so that supersede operation by hand for production assembling, improve assembly quality and consistency. The integrative assemble device on mechatronics is manufactured for solving the problem. It can realize griping each workpiece reliably, measuring and adjustment of the parameters, such as: the workpiece spatial stance, workpiece axes position, the sign of the relative assembly positions etc, and fulfiling the totally automatically operation of all the device action for each workpiece during the course of spatial carring, placing and loading. The task is researched in the original evaluation and certification of test functions on the basis of the problems identified with deficiencies, throngh analysis of safety and mission reliability, optimization and improvement for the electrical control system design.Based on the safety and mission reliability analysis, a failure mode effect analysis list and fault trees of the electrical control system were founded. On the basis of the failure mode, improved the system design, thus reduced consumedly the safe hidden troubles and protected the safety of the failure probability in the product assembly process of the primary device.The primary device has two numeric control system: SINUMERIK 840D and SINUMERIK FM-NC, but the existing device which was optimized and improved has been simplified to only one numeric control system: SINUMERIK 840D, the FM-NC numeric control system replaced with ANA analog control module. It solved the fault in signal and data transmission by any possibility due to the primary device was controlled by two numeric control system, and that reduced the difficulty of developing the control software, improved the work reliability of the device. The control system realized 8 digital servo axes and 3 analog servo axes precise position control; the image measure signal control; the motion control during measuring, the control of adjustment of workpiece spatial stance and workpiece axes position; the detection of the force sensor signal and the control of the workpiece loading and contact force; the protective functions of the workpiece assembly process and so on.By the end of December 2006, the optimizing and improving design, manufacturing and functional online debugging of the electrical control system of integrative assemble device on mechatronics are completely finished. The successful design of optimizing and improving of the control system of the device, made an important stride from the experimental device into the practical device, has important realistic significance.
