Traditional electronics devices can't meet the consumer requests on the diversity and individuation. The portable mobile electronic devices with the advantages of low power consumption, small size, function and more marked characteristics has entered into people's daily lives. Ensuring the benefits from function of portable mobile electronic devices, consumers and manufacturers focus attention on the product's portability and the confidentiality of personal information.The development of semiconductor industry and the manufacturing sector makes that portable mobile electronics industry has changed profoundly, and multi-function mobile electronic devices became to be one of the mainstream directions of the industry. The development of portable mobile electronic devices mainly include improvement of internal electrical properties, mold design and user friendliness, which is related directly with the portability, device selection and layout that plays an important role.Private communication is a new focus rising in recent years. Meeting the daily requests of people, the more attentions began to be paid to the protection of personal privacy. Privacy concept has subsequently formed into a portable device industries and daily life. The protection of privacy involves aspects on audio, video and operation. The devices have conventional portable communication function also have a private mobile electronic functions became the focus of the market.In this paper, based on the existing platform of mobile electronic devices, we added the peripheral private communication modules to realize the new ideas in private communication on the basis of its original function. The adding privacy module carried consumer electronics and mobile electronic devices, can fully realize their design concepts and increase the product profits. In this paper, we did the simple description and technical analysis to the required N810 platform, Directional Speaker module, and View-angle changeable LCD film module. According to functional requirements and system expectations, we developed design program and specific technical method.Also, we did a detailed exposition on the function of each module and integrated system, which includes the hardware platform design, the interface circuit, system driver and application procedures, and giving test environment and test the basic parameters. At the last, we summarize the work and seek the direction to put forward efforts in the future. This work applies to most mobile electronic devices, and provides a foundation to the prototype designing and manufacturing of mobile electronic devices. Furthermore it has certain reference value and the commercial value.
