As the student number is growing continuously, the university scale is alsoexpanding gradually, and more and more work is falling on subordinate colleges. At thesame time, the relationships between university, subordinate colleges and the branchesof subordinate colleges become more complicated, so the labor division and cooperationof management work are more detailed. In this case, the dynamic management isbecome very important. When the management task is carried out by university andtheir subordinate colleges, the subordinate colleges must ensure the teaching work is puton the most vital position. Based on this, they must also ensure the daily teaching workis running soothingly, the teaching quality is improved gradually, and the operatingmechanism of teaching management is scientific. Accordingly, all other work is alsocarried out efficiently and the development of the subordinate college is facilitated.For the current management model, management system mostly belongs toline-management, in which, all kinds of information is managed by different department,such as the departments of personnel, organization, teaching affairs and research. Manydepartments have realized the systematic management of teacher information throughpurchase or development, but these systems are incompatible, which lead tomulti-system in subordinate colleges. Under these circumstances, informationmanagement become more difficult, and the integrity and accuracy can’t be ensured,which simultaneously increases the difficulty of subordinate college decisions.Subordinate colleges have to get classification statistics from system firstly and thenachieve integrated statistics by hand. This method is both time–consuming andlabor-consuming. The teachers information manage system based on ASP.NET designedin this paper realized the distributing acquisition, comprehensive utilization, and unifiedmanagement. It has the advantages which the previous system can not offer andincreases the management efficiency greatly. This system is based on the B/S model andthe object-oriented ideals. What’s more, SQL Server2000is used as the databasemanagement tool, which is convenient and flexible, and has many merits, such as highrate of module reuse, small cost of maintenance. This system made the integratedmanagement of teacher information possible and has high value of popularization andapplication. The integrated information management and auxiliary decision systemrealized the dynamic management of subordinate colleges, which made the supervisionand evaluation of teaching quality much more convenient, and thereby provides important support for the management work of subordinate college.This system used the design scheme based on rules and priority, and canaccomplish teachers information management, teaching affairs management andscientific research information management. This paper introduced the developmentmethod, design ideas, system structure, requirement analysis, function structure and keytechnologies of this system.
