Component-Oriented Saas Integration Framework Research Based On OFBiz

SaaS (Software as a Service) because of its low-cost, on-demand and available anytime,anywhere has been accepted by more and more enterprises, especially those small andmedium-sized enterprises and software venders. Recent years the development of SaaSindustry is very well, and with the development and promotion of cloud computing, more andmore people come to believe SaaS will become the future model of the software industry.Many domestic and foreign companies such as: Microsoft, SalesForce, Kingdee, UF,800buyhave been established their own SaaS platform to provide software services for businessesand individual users. But currently the SaaS application platform architecture anddevelopment framework are lack of uniform standards, and the applications are difficult toflexibly custom and assemble. Higher accepted SaaS operating platform and appropriatedevelopment framework has not emerged.On the basis of the status of current research and development, in this paper analyzedsome problems and deficiencies in the SaaS integration framework, such as: lack of a unifieddevelopment standards, not open, technical complexity, lack of a complete system support, nopluggable component design, not consider the description and recognition of the multi-SaaSapplication components; lack of multi-SaaS application author and integration design.This paper introduces a component-based integration framework OFBiz (an excellentopen-source business e-commerce framework) and facet-based components description theretrieval method. And proposes a SaaS-oriented, standard and component-based integrationframework based on the OFBiz, detailed discusses the division, description, retrieval andintegration (including single sign-on, layered authorization model and the hybrid accesscontrol) of the SaaS components.Finally, induce the detailed design of the open component-based integration framework,showed its strength and effect.This integrated framework would provide the enterprise users and software vendors agood income and effect in a variety of practical SaaS platform.
