Designation And Implementation Of Mongolian Mtmis

Mobile Terminal Management Information System(MTMIS) is implemented by current popular J2ME,2EE,WAP and other technologys.It has two important characteristics:first, it is convenient for us to access.Most of the current educational administatration systems are based on compus net or Internet. When you need to access it, you must confined to a fixed place,where there must has a computer which is able to connect to the Internet.However,our system can be accessed without these limits,what you must need is a mobile equipment that can use wireless network,such as a mobile phone and so on.Then,you can get your system services in anywhere and at anytime.Second, it has a resonable system structure design.It is designed with the MVC framework, and combined with the author’s understanding on the existed design patterns. So its software structure is relatively higher coupling and lower cohesive. Under this framework, it can be more convenient for the system to be updated and maintained.Compared with parts of the existing systems directly coding with JSP/SERVLET,it has better expansibility.The design ideas in this paper is arising not only after doing lots of researches and analysises on mobile educational studies and wireless mobile application backgrounds at home and abroad,but also combined my personal understanding on educational administration systems. Firstly,the author puts forwards the physical structure and model of the system according to his own researches.Then, each functional module of the system is implemented.In the end,the MTMIS was formed by integrating these implemented functional modules. In comparing with the educational administration system based on WEB or compus network,this system extends the function that allows mobile terminals to access it.Even for those schools that have equiped mobile terminal management systems which need to be updated now, the author also wishes its software structure might give them a reference.
