| Inner Mongolia Daily, in the care of the party and the efforts of news workers, has finally developed into such a big party newspaper today through its development of60years since it was founded on January1,1948,continuing to perform its own historical mission. Studying the development and the change of news team and exploring its history is of far-reaching significance to the development of news research and journalism. This paper, taking the costruction of news team from1948till now as the main research object analyzes the development course of news team, professional road of news workers of three generation and various measures of team construction.This article consists of three parts:Introduction, Body(Chapterl-3) and Conclusion. In the part of Introduction, mainly elaberates the meaning of the subject, research purpose and research status. In the body of paper, analyzes news team of four period from historical perspective, including the situation where news team hadn’t been formed since Inner Mongolia Daily was founded, the formation and development of news team of first generation, the formation and expansion of news team of second generation and the formation and quality improvement of news team of third generation.
