This paper has analysed the overall structure of the teach demonstration robot, has given the overall principle picture of mechanical transmission systematic sketch and servo system; Have analysed working course and the principle of joint servo control.Based on analyzing the paper has made the overall conception of two level computer control.PC has completed the design of robot control interface and operation program with Delphi.Through the MSComm of Delphi, PC transmits the program to next position machine (Single Chip Microcomputer).Single Chip Microcomputer's CPU is 8051, passes the program through development peripheral equipment 2764, 6264 and 8255th, and change program into binary system to control the sport of every joint with multiplex way.An haixia (Mechanical Design & Theory) Directed by prof.Han qingyao...
