Sichuan Public Security, Information Inquiry System

The Comprehensive Information Search System of Sichuan Public Security (CISSSPS ) is an important part of GOLDEN SHIELD PROJECT of Sichuan Province.As required by the Ministry of Public Security, it is necessary for the province to establish the CISSSPS in order to strengthen share and comprehensive application of the public security information, alleviate difficulty in information sharing and develop the resource of public security information.Being consisted of the information search service node of the whole province and various cities, the CISSSPS is not only a large scale comprehensive information application system of the whole province with unified, normative and distributing processing ability, but also a key project for realizing information share and comprehensive exploitation within public security organization of the whole province and among the Ministry, other provinces and cities.This thesis introduces in detail the development background, general structure, technique realization, technique characteristics, pressure test, function optimization and social benefits of the CISSSPS.The CISSSPS adopts Three-layer-structure design conforming to J2EE standard, which internally includes platform modules such as search engine, application install management, data management, resources management, safety control etc. and externally provides unified connecting points for information service, unified customer identity attestation, authorization management and access control.The comprehensive share database is not only the basic and strategic information resource of Sichuan public security, but also the base of the comprehensive information search system and other comprehensive application in future. The CISSSPS classify the information as per principal factors such as Personnel, Case, Article, Organization and Location etc., and set up physical entity database in provincial and municipal information centers according to types of the principal factors. Information conjunction is automatically established in accordance with the connection of work so as to facilitate the information search, reuse and comparison.Relied on the comprehensive share database, the CISSSPS organizes data according to Five Main Factors and build up mapping relation between each kind of main factor root and operation data items.
