With the rapid development of the Internet, web services available on the Web have increased dramatically. How to obtain effectively the web services which are needed functionally from huge bundle of services andhow to find a best one among large numbers of functionally- similar web services, these problems are just thetask of web service discovering. Traditional web service discovering technology, however, is applied by thematch of keyword based on the syntactic description of web services.According to the classification of search engine mechanism, this article described the existing searchengines features, pointed out their shortcomings. Consequently the article presented a comprehensive Websearch model to express the main idea: Search services should not be merely a visitor to the network resources, and more important they should be the services which their own system provides.Web search model specified how to organize the Web, how to correspond and how to make localizedsemantic information search and resource semantic deployment through algorithm. In the process offormation of the network, the participation of nodes is an independent and network is self-adaptive; As theuse of SOAP message communication mechanism, communication process can be cross-platformcommunication; The key of localization semantic information search technology is similarity algorithm, thispaper discussed resource semantic similarity algorithm of sharing association, and analyzed differents withthe traditional similarity algorithms, and presented experimental comparison results and theoretical support; The deployment of resources builded Web space through used WordNet 2.0.
