Research On Dissemination Rule And Coping Strategies Of Network Group Incidents

Nowadays,thelnternet has become one important part in our daily,it has invaded every aspect of our lives. At the same,it has become the leader of public opinion and the magnifying glass of social public opinion.People begin to realize the unique advantages of the Internet, which play an important part in the process of communication.It has been gradually received by ordinary people.People think that it is an efficient way to resolve problems,with its characteristics,such as free, open, interactive, global properties.Especially the kinds of new media,which is composed by ordinary Internet users mainly,such as all kinds of BBS, Blog, Micro bo, Community, etc.These new mode of transmission provide broader space for ordinary people,by which they can express their views with freedom.Some realistic society events have been influenced by the Internet, these events become group incidents under the function of the Internet.In another way, the group polarization behavior,which happend in the Virtual social,goes off the line and evolves into group incidents, so, the research about the dissemination rule of network group incidents is an important issue. Through the analysis of the dissemination rule of network group incidents,we can put forward some pointed counter measures.This paper according to this problem, puts forward the research contents, the research purpose and research methods.It is based on the review of research achievements of network mass incidents,which include Chinese and foreign academics. Ill introduce resentment theory, rational choice theory, resource mobilization theory and cultural structure theory in the fields of economics and sociology as the foundation of these studies. Around the dissemination rule of the network group incidents,i will make a brief analysis of the causes.Based on understanding the causes, i will study its dissemination rule.At the same time, i will analyse the the cases of network group incidents happened nearly four years,which is the theoretical basis of research and practical research object.By analysing cases,i will conclude the rule that network group incidents spread in different stage.In the fourth chapter,i’ll put forward the strategy to deal with the network group incidents.
