In the metal mines, the motor vehicle is an important transport equipment.The ore, equipment, materials, personnel rely on motor vehicle transport.Motor vehicles run fixed routes, running routes are closed, running process is easy to implement standardization of procedures. Unmanned motor vehicle realize has an objective basis. Unmanned motor vehicle is an important part of the digital mine. Unmanned motor vehicle can be achieved the maximun safety of transport, to avoid a collision, derailment, rear-end accident damage. Unmanned motor vehicles can reduce the harsh environment staff, contributing to build a people-oriented mining. For this reason, the thesis make unmanned as the object of study, focusing on unmanned motor vehicle control system. The control system for unmanned motor vehicle to achieve three major functions:autopilot, tracking and positioning, data exchange with the host monitoring system.In this thesis, the analysis of the key technologies of unmanned motor vehicle, combined with the physical environment of the mine transport, design the overall structure of the control system,control system hardware and control system software. Motion control system uses PLC, inverter, encoder controling the motor vehicle.The motor vehicle can smooth start runing, speed controllable measurable, accurate stopping. The communication system uses ZigBee modules and CAN bus. A wireless communication network layouts in the transportation tunnel of the mine, the host computer can communicate with motor vehicle control systems in real time. The system also uses ZigBee based on RSSI positioning.making the ZigBee network system not only a positioning system, but also a information transmission system, which greatly reduces construction cost and operating cost of the system. The host computer can monitor and schedul unmanned motor vehicle in time.Unmanned motor vehicles control system improve transport efficiency and safety, so the mine transportation reach the purpose of safety, efficiency, and order.
