CCD Data Collect System captures image features in electronic devices, uses andprocesses the image information in order to achieve the purpose of image detection. Thedata acquisition system design in the subject which make use of the latest embeddedtechnology-SOPC technology, integrates an On-Chip programmable system in theFPGA. The system, containing soft-core processor as the center unit, meets therequirements for the image data acquisition and display.Data acquisition system hardware system is divided into several parts: embeddedprocessor, image capture chip, image processing chip and display device. The systemhardware design takes Altera’s SOPC Builder design tool to customize a embeddedprocessor system containing Nios Ⅱ processor, Avalon bus and peripheral controller(CCD controller, CSP controller and LCD controller). The software is designed with theNios Ⅱ integrated development environment to complete image acquisition informationreading, processing and output.Finally the design of the linear CCD data acquisition system passes the softwareand hardware co-emulation verification on an FPGA and realizes all the functions suchas the image acquisition, processing and display. It is proved that the linear CCD dataacquisition system realized by SOPC have high stability and expansibility. |
