With the development of information technology and integrated circuits, the increase of the size of the communication network. energy saving and emission reduction of telecommunication room are becoming increasingly severe. In order to save energy and reduce operating costs and ensure the security of communication networks, to improve maintenance quality to meet the needs of the maintenance of the reform, temperature monitoring systems are increasingly being used in the engine room of the communications operators, at this time, the demand of temperature monitoring systems is also increasing. its development and application prospect is very broad. Like network data center. network equipment center, information center, power dispatch center, computer center machine room powerhouse, we need to provide normal operating environment for its. such as device power distribution system. air conditioning, lightning protection and grounding system, UPS, and back-up battery pack, equipment cabinets, fire system, temperature and environment, to achieve significant energy saving effect. Introduced the temperature monitoring system in the engine room, not only can bring more added value for the equipment, but also can greatly reduce the demand for labor and improve efficiency. This design is to design an intelligent temperature monitoring system, can protect the normal operation of the center room at a lower cost, real-time to effectively monitor the room temperature too low or too high emergency unforeseen circumstances, automatically adjust the air conditioning and ventilation system equipment, and timely store information in storage records, by the human-computer interface to display and query, effectively save energy, create value, has a certain commercial value.This thesis based on requirements of the telecommunication room about temperature monitoring system functional into account, using Freescale Semiconductor ColdFire series the MCU MCF52259as the main processor, with the use of real-time operating system MQX, real-time monitor temperature changes in the engine room. The system this thesis present is made up of four parts, namely, the temperature-collecting module, the temperature-monitoring module, human-computer interface, information storage module. The temperature-collecting module uses the design of master and slave. to achieve multi-point temperature acquisition via RS485bus; the temperature-monitoring module sends commands to protocol converter through the RS485bus to control the air conditioning in order to achieve temperature regulation and air conditioning control; human-computer interface uses the LCD screen to display the function menu, the user to set air-conditioning parameters, protocol converter parameters. upper and lower temperature, indoor temperature, temperature sensor calibration values and the artificial control air conditioning menus, through the use of the six keys to achieve human-computer interaction, the user operation on the keyboard simultaneously displayed; information storage module uses the SD card to store the air-conditioning parameters, protocol conversion parameters the temperature on the lower and higher limit of the temperature. sensor calibration values and the air conditioning running state. Each module is independent of each other, which also constitutes a unified whole, convenient secondary development. The system structure is complete, fully functional. can be used directly in the engine room of all walks.First complete this system hardware design, using the ColdFire series MCU MCF52259as the main processor, taking into account the application site may experience a variety of unfavorable factors. and to do all the RS485. Also considered to facilitate system upgrade development and function of the completeness, achieve the Ethernet interface circuit frequently used by the industrial site; followed by the completion uf the protocol converter design, connect different manufacturers, different models of air-conditioning devices into a complete monitoring system; Finally, complete the system software design, use real-time operating system MQX, on the one hand, complete SD card.RS485driver on MQX, and strive to achieve ease of use and reliability; on the other hand, complete application design, achieve information processing, communications, and monitoring and management tasks, MQX real-time operating system improves the stability of the temperature monitoring system reliability and reduce development costs, has broad application prospects in the network control and management room.
