Infrared warning image processing system must be tested in the external fieldenvironment before it is consigned to consumer, and appropriate objectives shouldbe adapted to the tests. If the IR threatening were to construct by real objectives, thecost should be very large, what’s more, it couldn’t simulate variousconditions.Practically the characters of the infrared warning system can not beverified without the simulation of the IR threatening environment. In order to solvethis problem, this paper decides to use image injection method to construct a threatenvironment. According to the data transmission rate requirements, taken intoaccount the implantation process image data storage size, combined with infraredwarning image processing system Injection interface standard, based on the analysisof advantages and disadvantages of several common interface, designed andimplemented based on USB2.0and FPGA infrared image implantation system.Injection system using CY7C68013A as the USB interface control chip, developed driving program and client program corresponding with the system;Considered the image data transmission process speed synchronization problem, dtwo SRAM controlled by the FPGA as twin cache architecture for image datacache, the communication interface between system and infrared alarm systemrequirements for the use of Camera Link standard, so the final design of the imagedata is sent by Camera Link standard. Through the design of system hardware and software debugging, finally realizes the test scene image real-time injection, themeasured system maximum injection speed is22MB/s. The test results show that:injection system equipment meet the detection process infrared threat environmentconstruction requirements, current design of the system during the staring imaginginfrared simulation run well.
