The Research Of Literature Knowledge Warehouse Construction Based On Knowledge Element

Knowledge services is becoming a concept and the need to replace information services gradually under the background of knowledge economy, it influences people’s daily life and work. The traditional literature resource management provide users with vast amounts of information while ignoring the true need for knowledge. It has been more and more unable to meet the demands of people to access knowledge and quickly make decision. Under this background, change the unit of literature resources management form literature unit and information unit to knowledge unit to achieve knowledge services must be the general trend.The further study of knowledge element theory and advance knowledge warehouse technology provides the basis of theory and technology for literature resources based on knowledge. Change the unit of knowledge from chapters to contents, extracted knowledge from the literature and expressed it in the form of knowledge element, and then construct a platform for knowledge management and usage. It can provide simple knowledge services for users to satisfy people’s knowledge need to some extent.By the study of relevant theory and technology, as journal literature for the study object to analysis specific and study thoroughly, defined the structure of literature knowledge and discussed literature knowledge warehouse. It includes the following aspect specifically:(1) Determined the basic structure of the knowledge element. Consider the characteristics of literature resources and the habits of knowledge representation, as topic sentences and key words for basis, defined the knowledge element for an seven-tuple structure, it is good for operation and management of the knowledge element.(2) Introduced the extraction method of knowledge of meta data. Analyzed the structure of literature, extracted the characteristics of data and content knowledge from the literature respectively, it is the foundation for the construction of the knowledge element.(3) Studied the construct method of literature knowledge warehouse. Divided the construction of literature knowledge warehouse into three processes, included extraction and loading of literature knowledge element, construction of knowledge element warehouse and knowledge warehouse. Knowledge warehouse system architecture and storage strategies are analyzed. (4) Discussed the ways of knowledge services on the basis of knowledge warehouse, introduced the ways of knowledge services of literature-based knowledge warehouse from different perspectives.The feature of this article is applying the smallest unit of knowledge-knowledge element in the construction and usage of knowledge warehouse. It will make literature resource management satisfy people’s need for knowledge better, to a certain extent reflects the requirements for knowledge service.
