The Development Of Warehouse Management System Based On RFID

RFID is a kind of new technologies for warehouse management system, which is being widely applied in warehouse management system. RFID technology owns the advantages of being non-contact automatic identification products and large storage capacity, the unique identifier of the product, bulk cargo instantaneous read of the data, as well as label store information being rewritable. The application of RFID in warehouse management system will help to largely realize enterprise overall management on warehouse management system, and optimize the whole storage management system. Thus, the study of warehouse management system based on RFID has important practical significance.In the view of system construction, the paper constructs the warehouse management system. The target is to apply RFID to develop warehouse management system for enterprise. Finally, based on RFID hardware facilities, we use the Visual C#.NET to realize shelves goods management which is the key model of warehouse management system. The main researches in this paper are as follows:Firstly, based on the large retail enterprise, the paper, by the need analysis to system, systematic operation process analysis and data process analysis, has established the systematic overall frame.Secondly, based on the systematic overall frame, the thesis adopts the modularization and frame pattern with layers to design the system’s frame and each subsystem’s frame including the design of system’s hardware, data base and system key module.Thirdly, combining with RFID and the characteristics of the warehouse management system analysis, the paper develops the whole system, implementing a system which includes the function of shelves goods monitoring. We also offer the RFID equipment required for warehouse management system. The management system can implement the founction of outbound and inbound delivery monitoring, warehouse goods monitoring and inventory warning.
