This paper analyses the requirements of Naqu Logistics Center Information System integration, and design the information system and implement it. Naqu Logistics Center information system makes customer service and marketing as the core, logistics scheduling management as link. It integrates warehousing, transportation, handling, transportation, distribution processing, and other aspects of management functions. In the information system, there are advanced technology, reasonable structure, and perfect function. It is useful to reduce operating costs, refine management, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. It can provide effective protection for the first-class plateau logistics services.Naqu Logistics Center Information System integration research is in strict accordance with the requirements of software engineering, analyzing system requirements, designing the application architecture, and researching the key processes and technology. First this paper analyses the business requirements of Naqu Logistics Center Information System, from business model, organizational structure, business activities, and sending/reaching processes, and determines the system functions, proposes the system architecture and interface description. Based on the requirements, this paper presents four basic platform of Naqu Logistics Center Information System, network platform, security platform, e-commerce platform, and data processing platform. This paper also presents the integration design of ten application subsystem. According to integration design, this paper analyses and designs the hardware and software resources to meet the needs of Naqu Logistics Center Information System. Finally, according to the Naqu Logistics Center Information System integration requirements, this paper presents an effective implementation strategy.There are the great development of railway transportation and large-scale construction of passenger lines in China. Mixed passenger lines are gradually changing to dividing passenger lines and freight lines. Regional logistics centers on railway transport will be designed and put into operation. Under this background. Naqu Logistics Center Information System builds a railway system integration capabilities framework, summarizes from practice to tease out a set of application system integration method, and provides an exemplary information system case for the other railway logistics center information system. In the context of Ministry of Railways proposed the rail freight expanding to the new modern logistics, the logistics center will be the basic platform of extending business of rail transportation with road transport distribution and processing. So the information system construction of railway will integrate some extending business of rail transportation with road transport distribution and processing from traditional railway business. In the domestic there is not a mature logistics center information system for rail-road transportation. Therefore Naqu Logistics Center Information System Integration is a new research topic. Its research results will give some guidance to the follow-up software engineering practice.
