It seems that the quality and safety management information system construction has very important practical application.The thesis firstly introduces the overall system function and solutions, the advantages and disadvantages of the current popular distributed application technology were compared, especially about the MVC design pattern. And put forward the solution of C/S and B/S system architecture based on the actual situation, according to the actual situation and characteristics of the application of railway engineering project management system.Secondly, based on thorough investigation and analysis of the relevant technical specifications and requirements, analyzed the function modules and business processes.Third, the system designing of the quality and safety management.
