| Concept map and mind mapping are tools of thinking visualization based on the cognitive theory. The role in teaching in recent years is realized by more and more educators. Computer software course is an important part of college course system. The course is characterized by strong logic and precise. During the learning process, we usually emphasize the rigorous thinking process. The characteristic which is visual thinking of concept map and mind mapping can help developing logical thinking in computer courses learning. Based on the demand and characteristics, this paper discusses the application of concept map and mind mapping in the computer soft courses.This thesis is mainly divided into the following chapters to elaborate.The first chapter is introduction. It mainly introduces the research background of concept map and mind mapping during the domestic and foreign.The second chapter is related concepts and technologies. It discusses the concept and characteristic of concept map and mind mapping, and then analyzed the difference and relation between them. And at last the author confirmed the feasibility of combing of them. It also introduces the tool of creating concept map and mind mapping which is inspiration.The third chapter is the teaching mode of concept mapping and mind mapping. It analyzes the theoretical foundation for computer soft courses.The fourth chapter is about the action research on experimental curriculum of visual basic program design. It introduces the learning effect in the process of practicing the teaching mode in the experiment course. And during the action research process, the author adjusts the progress of teaching through the observation and reflection. Then we can conclude that the application of teaching mode in the computer curriculum improve the study effect of learners.The5th chapter is about the action research of the computer course which is office automation high-level application. In this research, it follows the four parts of action research and during each part we carry out the quantitative test and evaluating. Then from the data to analyze the effect of the theory which is the using concept map and mind mapping in computer software course education.The6th chapter is summarizing. It introduces the research results and some suggest for the later researchers, and discusses the limitations of this study.Through the research, we discover that using the concept map and mind mapping in the education of computer soft course can improve the learning effect as follows: enhancing learner’s interest, promoting the construction of cognitive structure, raising the efficiency of finishing of the test for learners, improving the understanding of students in curriculum content and so on. In brief, the concept map and mind mapping play a positive role in computer software course teaching. |
