The curriculum reformation brings new changes to the educational ideas. For example, people first, communicating between teacher and students and the using of the educational technology during teaching. Under this kind of condition, the teachers should do their best to take part in it, rethinking about their teaching and find a prompt way to teach. As we all know, concept map is an effective way for teaching and learning. It can be used in subject teaching in order to promote teacher's teaching and student's learning. This thesis takes the IT course in high school as a case, introduces concept map into information technology class instruction and constructs an operable teaching model under the theoretical instruction of correlative learning theory.Firstly, the thesis makes trace for the correlative knowledge of the concept map. Then analyze the function of concept map when used in teaching. From the analyzing, the concept map can promote the development of subjectivity, positivity, cognitive ability and information literacy.Secondly, considering from the teaching model, the thesis constructs a new teaching model based on concept map. Then discuss the mode from four aspects which are as follows: the basic theory, the goal of teaching, the teaching process and the evaluation of teaching. Design the teaching process and evaluate the teaching are the most important things while constructing the model. At last, using the teaching model in the IT course and also analyze the effect of teaching.At last, the thesis gives a brief analysis of the existence questions while using the teaching model and what we can do in the future.This research is designed to analyze the educational function of concept maps, to construct the teaching model based on concept map and apply the teaching model in the IT course. It is hoped to bring some thought and enlightenment for educators, to promote the diversification of curriculum studying and give the curriculum reformation some new thinking.
