Ontology can be solved the knowledge-sharing problems in the application-specific, which in practical applications, different users and groups are often based on different application requirements and applications to build or choose a suitable ontology, so that the contents described in ontology semantically often overlap or associated, there are differences between in ontology language and model, resulting in heterogeneous ontology. At the same time, for the infinite knowledge of the world we can not cover everything to build a unified ontology. The solution of ontology heterogeneous and eliminate of applications barrier interoperability between Semantic Web applications as a research hotspot.Construction with Ontology-based has the characteristics of subjectivity and distribution. One of the basic algorithms with ontology mapping is proposed in this paper - the concept of similarity algorithm between the ontology (OCTF). The algorithm based on T-L BACH, to import the formal concept analysis (FCA) and the theory of logic description, according OWL ontology language, for the one hand, similar to the concept of calculation, on the other hand, the concept is similar to the calculation of the attributes. Taking into account the RDF triples can not satisfy the semantic information between the ontology, in the calculation of similarity, when the introduction of RDF to describe the properties of the OWL operator, in order to calculate OWL concept of semantic similarity.In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, the paper designed the OCTF prototype system of an ontology-based semantic similarity between the concept of calculating model, which provides the concept of domain ontology browsing and the function of calculating the ontology concept similarity between the experimental results, that verify the algorithm in the calculation of OCTF the accuracy of the algorithm is superior to T-L BACH. In this paper, based on the OWL ontology language, the concept of similarity between the formulas can reflect the semantic features of the concept of ontology, ontology mapping for the provision of technical support.
