Today, whether governments or enterprises and factories, computer room is almost essential part of the information society, especially with the cloud computing technology development, demand for computer room in the future will beeven greater. The computer room in the exchange of information management is the core position, its stability, security or not, related to the transmission and storage of data can safely. So comprehensive utilization of existing scientific and technical,people invented the computer room environment monitoring system for monitoring and management of computer room, to overcome the inconvenience of manual management and monitoring in order to achieve the purpose of the intelligent, automated management of computer room.This paper describes the environmental monitoring system for small and medium computer rooms. Through a combination of computer room engineering practice experience and references books, this article explores a computer room monitoring system to overcome the drawbacks of manual monitoring and management, and be intelligent, science, and monitoring computer room environment, to reduce unnecessary waste of resources.This article explores the host computer room monitoring software based on C#programming language, which is developed under the integrated development environment in Visual Studio2010and Microsoft Expression Blend, the use of the Windows Presentation Foundation technology to achieve better rendering, via the Modbus communication protocol withlower machine communication, and combination of the database on the engine room of the environment variables, operators, engine room equipment, information and other related information to store, to facilitate the related management and monitoring of computer rooms and using the live audio, telephony and SMS way to the police. But to be the computer room monitoring system to edit more simple, more user-friendly interface, more convenient operation, so that people with no experience in engineering practice can also set the computer room environment variables.
