| Now the electrical energy demands of both the society and the households are increasing with the continuous development of economy and technology. In recent years, the conflict between supply and demand becomes more and more sharp and taking low-carbon, environment-protecting into consideration, the building of intelligent home and power management system is quite on the agenda at the same time with the development of clean energy.The idea of smart home and household energy management has been proposed early, In recent years, with advanced technology in communication, information and control seeping into the human life, it gets more and more important to change the long-formed bad habits of energy waste and make use of the advanced technology mentioned above to manage energy consummation scientifically, and it has been a hot focus in energy supply field. Now, the smart electric networks are developed rapidly in our country, obviously, based on the construction of smart electric networks, meeting the requirement of management on the demand side of energy and improving the service and its intelligent level, then we can realize the social philosophy like low-carbon, energy saving, environmental protection and so on, as well as a new lifestyle.It’s a future tendency that the smart electric networks may change its role from passive participation to active control. Therefore, this thesis tries to talk about this problem by taking the demand of consumers into account from the view of system science to design a household energy management system based on web. Then from4aspects namely, communication protocols, communication networks, hardware and software, we introduced the system’s working principle and how to realize its functions. By the use of the control software based on web, the users can configure or operate the smart home system locally or remotely, get the electricity consumption information and be provided with the optimized energy-saving program, which helps them to take the energy-saving measures and to develop an energy-saving habit self-consciously. In design, we apply CAE-P to build the smart home system. CAE-P provides a standard language for household appliance interaction. It can solve the interconnection and control issues of household electrical appliances, and build house-internal networks by way of wireless or wire construction. In software implementation, firstly we set up the system database, and then describes in detail that JAVA gets its connection with local machines by calling the local library file as well as the process that JAVA request program controls the smart home system through CAE-P protocol. Finally the thesis gives three important software programs:JAVA call C++dynamic library, CAE-P protocol and query electricity information program.The issue of intelligent household electricity consumption is one of the hotspots in the construction of smart electric networks. In this thesis, the design plan, process and management effectiveness of the system is only to provide a reference and set a basis for further development. Through the commissioning and operation, the system can realize remote control to household appliances and query electricity consumption information. By comparing the household electricity consumption data, the system confirms its effectiveness of power management and can meet the requirements of the users’demand for convenience, intelligence and energy-saving. |
