The Design And Implementation Of The Project Application Management Information System

In this paper, we described the problems in the current project applicationmanagement system. In further, collaborative division of labor, managementprocesses and business functions were analyzed. In the design aspect, we introducethe management information system in four aspects, i.e. the development background,needs analysis, system design and realization of the system in four areas described.The system uses VPN virtual private network technology to build business networks,to create a resource database, the business managers to establish a unified system, andinternal information sharing. The use of information technology, business processintegration and optimization models, to achieve the project reporting, auditing, projectconstruction and other business computer processing and standardized management,establish a standard project management system.In the system realization, the platform at the level of general bureau is mainlydivided into the following sub-systems: data processing, statistical reports, projectreserve, project monitoring, configuration and maintenance, and information releaseaccording to the function. It can realize synchronization between the data center andthe data submitted by the subordinate bureaus and farms, extract the business data ofproject proposals in different industries to count, analyze, collect and inquire, andstore the business data from the subordinate bureaus and farms. The relevant businessdata are submitted to the system. The statistical reports which meet the requirement ofactual work are automatically generated by extracting the business data from thesubordinate bureaus and farms to meet the demand for counting and collecting data bymanagement departments at the level of general bureau. The relevant informationsuch as the progress and construction situation of the projects which have beendeclared and approved is monitored in order to find and solve problems promptly. Thedata of project proposals and the relevant materials submitted by the subordinate bureaus and farms are reserved for counting and collecting the relevant data, and alsoprovide the historical information of each construction in the reclamation area so thateach construction is under the control of general bureau, which offers help inreporting work progress to the higher authorities. The system unifies thecorresponding codes and directories with each entity unit working as a basic unit,including the standard directories and codes of construction unit and constructioncharacter, and provides the functions of maintaining and managing the standard datadictionary which standardizes and regulates the project management informationsystem and of allocating and managing the corresponding users of the subordinatebureaus and farms and their permission. The existing gateway website is available forreleasing and exchanging the relevant information, that is, to release the notice andinformation through the network. The existing information platform is acomprehensive one, serving simultaneously the management organization andsubordinate body. The system supports such interactive contents as the online inquiresof the relevant business data, the release of policies and regulations and work updateas well as supervision and complaints.
