Design And Implementation Of The Xuhui Civil Engineering's Blueprint Archive Review Management System

This thesis discusses the development and implementation of Civil Engineering's Blueprint Archive Review Management System, which purpose is to standardize, brighten the operation process of administrative examinations and approval, and to improve the public impression on the service in civil industry.Firstly, the trend of the development, the advantages and disadvantages of e-government were analyzed. Combined with the specification, operation and examination procedure of Civil Engineering's Blueprint Archive Review Management System, the structure frame was set up with its own characteristics. Secondly, functions demanded for the Civil Engineering's Blueprint Archive Review Management System were explored. The overall design and function module were formulated to satisfy the demand in operation, business queries, acceptance and electronic surveillance etc.. The operation-flow module applied finite state machine technology to verify the correctness of the modeling and to improve the work efficiency. The implementation of Civil Engineering's Blueprint Archive Review Management System was based on SQL Sever Database and adopted the e-r diagram and data flow diagram model for data integration, invoking, storage and other steps to guarantee the operation of the system, such as Tomcat application server to run the basic requirements.Finally, the system has reached the requirement of preliminary design through both external and internal tests. From the perspective of the preliminary operating results, the system has played a positive role in the improvement of the approval procedures and operational standards in civil engineering's blueprint archive review, and had a good supervision effect on the work efficiency and service consciousness. This paper has adopted the solution to solve practical problems existing reasonably and effectively, which implies the system has a great practical value.
