Firstly, anapplicator submits his/her request of leave of absence, which includes the basic informationand leave of absence information of the applicator. Secondly, the supervisor checks theapplication for the approval, while the system of leave of absence produces information tableautomatically when it is been running. When the applicator returns to work, he/she needs tosubmit the form to register his return. The system can supply the detailed information tocheck easily and manage conveniently and make the management of persons leaving andreturning simply and clearly. This system can be applied on internet, including sevenfunctions as follows: leave asking, approving, returning after leave, information collection,personal management, code management etc. B/S structure is used in the system. ASP.NET and SQL Server programming are applied in the server terminal. The confirmation ofinformation safety and user ID of the system is realized with authority management anddomain user authentication. The structure plan is based on internet and intranet,comprehensively using information technology, so as to realize the electrification, data basingand information sharing, and to realize the computerization and networking of allmanagement.There are two phases of development on leave of absence which are the development ofapplication program and setting up and maintenance of data basis. The first is to ensure theprogram to work simply, flexibly, completely and securely. The second is to make sure theconsistence, integrity. The system has been applied in Daqing oilfield and has been proved tomeet all requirement of human resource management in enterprises.
