In order to strengthen the branch management, improve the level of consolidatedsupervision, play in the central role of consolidated supervision of institutions in thebank branches management, implement the management strategic thinking of“Directly subordinate management, monitoring to the following two” fully and toadapt to the new needs for monitoring modern commercial bank. The project providestechnical and information support for Personnel Department of the Bank branches toanalyze，monitor，evaluate and supervise the branches. The project also provides abasis of organization planning approvals, layout adjustment, internal ratings toimplement the management strategic thinking of “Directly subordinate management,monitoring to the following two” fully.With the help of colleagues, the author participated in the related jobs such asdemands analysis, program design, exploitation and testing of the system, andunderstood the system deeply.
