Nowadays, it is more and more highly regarded on hygiene and epidemic works inour country along with outburst commonality hygiene events. Correspondingly, allkinds of epidemic prevention presentiment system emerge as the time require. Thecommonness of these systems is based on epidemic prevention stage in a city or countylevel, which emphasizes download and upload the documents. However, they neglectthe collection of the potential epidemic situation at basement layer. This paper is basedon epidemic prevention works flow in the basement layer, not only makes the healthdocument statistics, but also family hereditary illness history, which can help toomnidirectionally know the epidemic prevention situation of the whole unit. The systemof this paper can fill up the blank in the country.Because of the particularity of the station troops, to ensure the pilots away from theinfectious disease are the most important duty of the station medical team. But theepidemic prevention work related to the outfield and infield in the station forces,covering15units, which are scattered. It is difficult to form a unified management.Therefore, the information construction indispensable part of the grass-root units is thehealth and epidemic prevention work information management module. Constructing ascientific, reasonable basic military health and epidemic prevention archivesmanagement and early warning system has the extremely vital significance.The system of this paper mainly focuses on three aspects:(1) Demand Analysis and System Frame DesignFirstly, investigation and research of epidemic prevention management is promptedand talks about the request of informatization construction in basement layer. Thencollect and analyze to produce requirements specification documents, as well as thesystem framework design. Secondly, we divide several modules according to workfunctions and some modules are emphasized, such as on line physical examination andepidemic prevention management, etc.(2) Modeling and Database DesignWe use SQL Server2005as database system and use object oriented method insystem database design. The E-R models are designed through UML modeling based onrequirements analysis and PowerDesigner14.0is used to transform logic models intophysical models.(3) Web pages implementationThree lays Browser/Server structure is used in Web module. In this paper, we useAjax and other Web technology in programming to make the system more efficient.In this paper, we integrated workflow and business flow of basement layer byresearching work above-mentioned. We actively attempt to promote on line physicalexamination, healthy archives management, epidemic prevention management, which can promote informatization construction in basement layer.There is no network based multiple departments decentralized management modebasic unit health archives management yet. This paper attempts to implement full onlineprocess management ranges from physical health check to archives management. Oneinnovation of the system is to improve medical efficiency and unit staff health in bothhorizontal and vertical summary by making full use of local cyber source.In addition, the system is a utility system, which is applicable to each basic unithealth team of the army in daily epidemic prevention management and early warning.The second innovation lies in: through prevention and effective early warning ofhepatitis B, it helps the grassroots unit and epidemic prevention management to grasp ofthe unit staff health situation precisely and quickly, then establishes and improves thewarning mechanism for disease control and prevention of the basic unit.
