Research On Emergency Response Of Performance Of Epidemic Prevention And Control Of Publishing Group

Publishing group is an important organizational form to make China 's publishing industry bigger and stronger.It plays an important role in leading the direction of socialist culture,building the socialist core value system,spreading knowledge and inheriting civilization.In 2021,China will enter the ' 14 th Five-Year ' new journey,and building a 'socialist cultural power ' will be elevated to the national strategic level.In the past,the development evaluation of publishing groups tended to consider industrial indicators.Under the new development pattern,the party and the state are bound to put forward higher considerations for the mission and responsibility of publishing groups,the largest cultural enterprise group in the country.At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of the new type of corona pneumonia broke out.The National Publishing Group actively responded to the order of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,and unified leading organizations' publishing units to carry out publishing services to help prevent and control the epidemic,showing the bottom line of “ putting social benefits first ”.The author followed the tutor team to respond to the call of ' suspension of classes without suspension of learning ',and observed and recorded the emergency response performance of 49 book publishing groups for more than 200 days,accumulating solid data and case basis.Based on this,this thesis actively describes the publishing group 's emergency response performance of epidemic prevention and control,analyzes the characteristics and finds the differences,and discusses the significance of the publishing group 's emergency response performance of epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,this thesis first defines the concept of emergency response performance of publishing group,and clarifies the core research objects.Then,starting from the dual attributes of publishing group,based on literature analysis and related theories,the influencing factors are extracted,and the emergency response performance analysis framework for epidemic prevention and control of publishing group is constructed.Secondly,through combing the development evolution of publishing group,this thesis summarizes the development characteristics of influencing factors under the background of ' normal ',and makes a comparative analysis with the guidance of epidemic prevention and control under the background of ' abnormal '.Finally,under the framework of analysis elements,combined with data and cases,this thesis makes a multi-dimensional empirical analysis of the emergency response performance of publishing group,depicts the characteristics and differences of performance,and points out the influence and significance of emergency response performance on the construction of governance capacity system of publishing group.The study finds that the publishing group responds to the national major antiepidemic needs through the profound main productive forces,the innovation ability of science and technology empowerment transformation,the organizational strength of unified leadership and mobilization,and the communication ability of comprehensive coverage.It reflects the distinctive characteristics and political character of actively taking social responsibility,which is difficult to highlight in the ' normal ' observation and is a supplement to the observation scale.At the same time,there are also highlights and differences in the performance level of emergency response among different types of groups,which directly refers to the construction of the governance capacity system of publishing groups,and has realistic reflection significance and care value.
