The Economics Evaluation for HPAI (Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza) Prevention and Control Information Management System is the primary part in The Animal Health Information Management System.In the recent years, some animal epidemic and the drug residue issues such like the HPAI which is the typical case to bring on the enormous loss in the animal product imports and exports trade as well as to damage the consumers on the food safety badly, so,since 1998, the State have invested 2 billion money to construct the Animal Epidemic Prevention System, the Animal Epidemic Prevention Management have been strengthen too.It is urgent and necssery to study the Animal Epidemic Prevention and Control Information Management which is suitable to the efficient world and information world in the future.Within the following study, firstly,the system modeling theory composed of the BPM,OOM,CDM and PDM is applied into the information analysis all based on PowerDesigner, the modeling software; secondly, relating to the economics evaluation, the evaluating model is created.By combining with the data mining methods and analysis tool - SPSS, some analysis results can come out; lastly, some discussions would be laughed for some related issues about how to develop the Economics Evaluation for HPAI Prevention and Control Information Management System.The background of the following thesis is mainly for two topics, the first is the study of the Economics Evaluation for the HPAI Prevention and Control Information Management System which is the subtopic of the "Avian Influenza Prevention and Cure Technology Economics Evaluation Study", the second is focus on building the National Animal Health Information Management System.
