With the continuous development of society, people’s living habits and health concepts areundergoing many changes. For example, many people will do physical examination regularlyor irregularly, in order to pay attention to their own physical health, disease prevention andearly treatment. However, for the most users, who is only a recipient of physical examinationand often focused on the results of this physical examination, will accept the doctor’srecommendations. Most users will not take the initiative to focus on the various parameters inthe physical examination for periodic analysis and long-term research, in order to be moreprofound and sustained to understand their own health status. In fact, if you can stick tolong-term track record of each medical examination results and give a simple analysis orcomparison, users can have a general understanding of changes in their physical condition.Users can know themselves better than the end of the examination.The main reason for this is that users put the physical examination as a simple thing, onlyknow the importance of the physical examination, while ignoring the significance of thephysical examination, that is, if we can predict the results of this examination in advance, thenthe examination itself becomes a thing to prove something. For example, my previousphysical examinations show that my blood sugar is high, I have always maintained a goodhabit, and then by the next examination, my main purpose is to prove whether my blood sugaris falling down. In fact, the numbers who can maintain this habit is very small, for most users,their physical examination results are not well preserved. Based on this theory, the paperused.NET and database technology to build a personal medical information managementsystem, to provide users of personal medical data management platform.Firstly, we select the.NET platform and SQL database as the development tools. The functionof this system was relatively simple and three-tier design was fully able to meet their basicrequirements, In addition, the system used the latest jQuery library.Secondly, the paper took a feasibility analysis from the technical and economic aspects on thepersonal medical information systems. Then we took a detailed analysis about the systemrequirements and system business processes, because this system is for personal users andonly focused on the data input or modification, its business process is relatively simple. Andthus also the overall architecture of the system was designed; we also proposed designapproach based on the user’s basic information table to meet the basic needs. Finally, adetailed about the database structure was designed.Finally, this paper realized the main functions of the system, including user logins, the produce of medical orders, personal medical information management and user managementmodule. In these modules, medical orders are the premise and personal medical informationmanagement is the main module. Personal medical information management module aredivided into personal medical information management module, personal medical informationquery module and personal medical information statistics module, respectively, to achievedifferent functions.In summary, this paper was individual-centered, designed and developed the personal medicalinformation management system, aimed to help users manage personal medical data, so thatusers can keep a long-term preservation and sustainable query on their health’s data.
