Research And Realization Of Intelligent Vertical Search Engine Based On Domain-Ontology

The requirements of Internet information search become more professional and specific constantly along with explosive growth and diversification of the Internet. The general search engines are unable to provide satisfied services to users.The vertical search engine is a professional search engine, it’s the subdivision and extension of general search engine, it’s a new model against with inquiries inaccurate, not enough deeply for general search engine services. It provides some useful information or certain services for a particular area、a specific group or a particular demand.Rather than collecting and indexing all accessible web documents, The vertical spider only download the relevant web page through it’s relevant algorithm, and avoids irrelevant regions of the web. As only related pages bean crawled, vertical search engines have been improved more accurately and efficiently.The study on techniques related to ontology in information searching system is getting mature. Word similarity computing is a crucial question in information processing technology. It mainly researches what kind of method to calculate or compare the similarity between two words.It is proved that this model can reflect the semantic relationships among the concepts more precisely, and provide an effective quantification for them. Experiment results show that the user’s inquiry request has been expanded its concept effectively, and the recall and accuracy of retrieval have been improved obviously. Finally, the semantic similarity computation based information filtering was addressed.This paper focuses on the following issues:1、The paper first introduced the background of development of search engine and the necessity of vertical search engine,and took the designing of vertical search engine as the line to discuss the function and technology strategy of various parts.2、Introduction was mainly focused on training set, page analysis technology, algorithm of web links and web spider, and described the strategy approach to this paper. And then described the implementation of the search engine, using the previous strategy to achieve a comprehensive vertical search engine based on Nutch, and introduce the technology of various achievement parts.3、The Paper study the semantic similarity algorithm, and analyzed the results of the algorithm.4、The Paper researched and analyzed the mould knowledge,and built the mould ontology by Protege.5、Using Nutch second development, realized the mould enterprise search engine model and realized the search function.
