The low-frequency vibration signal spectrum analyzer could convert thevibration signal from the time to the frequency to analysis, through the analysis ofthe spectrum parameters of the equipment,it could commissioning and maintenance,fault diagnosis and detection.It plays an important role in factory production,engineering machinery, military defense.Most of the current spectrum analyzer using analog electronics.they arecomplex , expensive, bulky, high power consumption, and the measurementfrequency band is generally over 100KHz, the number of applicable to 1KHzfollowing the low-frequency vibration spectrum analyzer is very little;In addition,the spectrum analyzer, signal processing, when the need to analyze the amplificationof the local spectrum, often by increasing the sampling points, increase the samplingfrequency of the local refinement enlarge, but these methods will lead to the systemoperator the large increase in consumption of the system resources.In order to solve such problems, The project designs a professional spectrumanalyzer measurement on the FPGA platform.it is lower than 1KHz low frequencysignal.And the use of the spectrum refinement algorithm to solve the shortcoming ofthe conventional FFT algorithm on a local frequency resolution, and improved theresolution of the local spectrum, the most critical is the thinning algorithm withoutincreasing the system computation can be clearly observed locally refined to enlargethe spectrum. The low-frequency vibration signal spectrum analyzer system usingSOPC technology, the NiosⅡsoft core processor to control the entire system, andenhance system reliability, while reducing the the decency size, lower powerconsumption, but also for future maintenance has brought great convenience andupgrades.Firstly,this paper states the principle and the whole structure of spectrumanalyzer for vibration.Then the design of hardware and software of the embeddedsystem is described,which contains system design for NiosⅡcontrol soft-core andFPGA signal processing,external memory system design and embedded softwaredesign,Avalon bus based SOPC design between NiosⅡand the system,and algorithmdesign. This system in Wuhan Linear LTE-of SOPC-02FD of SOPC developmentplatform for experimental tests. The test results show that the performance of thissystem to meet the requirements of a higher frequency resolution in the frequency range 1Hz-1KHz.
