The phenomenon of "web stars" is an unique cultural phenomenon to the era of networkcommunication,and it is the myth of entertainment created together by the public, media andcommunity .The appearance of every web star always brings a grass-roots class carnival,attractsa lot of media coverage,and also gives rise to public opinion waves in the Network World and thesocial reality.This paper employed the interactive perspective,analysis a variety of interactivecommunication forms existing in the communication process of the phenomenon of "webstars".A variety of interactive communication forms are intertwined in the course of thepopularity of "web stars" and forms into the interaction mechanism in this phenomenon.Thismechanism promotes the "web stars" in populary,ultimately makes the "web stars" coming outfrom the network and getting the fame and fortune in the real world.The phenomenon of "webstars" is the social side of the prism,in the process of analysising every interactive ,the meaningand problems are found and can helping us understand the psychologicalthe of the Internet usersas the interpersonal in the network and agenda of interaction between the media.Meanwhile,wecan find strategies about how to reduce the negative impact of the phenomenon of "web stars"and Play an active role in the community.First ,this paper combed the development of the phenomenon of the "web stars"andsummaried the features of the phenomenon.This phenomenon is a social constrouction and avariety of interactive communication forms are intertwined in the course of the popularity of"web stars".Second,according to the theory of I and Me,this part analysed the performance of theinteraction between me and I.This kind of interaction as the germinating of fame desire,promotesthe "web stars" becoming famous.Through a variety of alternative ways ,"web stars" showedthemselves and attracted public attention.Third,this part analysed the performance of the interaction between the Internet users in thepopularity of "web stars" by employing "Meimei Guo". By analyzing what can be found is thatthis kind of interaction expanded the web stars’ visibility.In the process of the interaction,theInternet users are entertaining themselves and promoting the solution of practical problems. Fourth,this part according to the theory that agenda of interaction between the media andcontinuing employing "Meimei Guo",analysed the performance of the agenda of interactionbetween the media. This kind of interaction promotes the "web stars" to the pinnacle of fame,andthe news value of the stars is infinited by reported.Then the "web stars"become to the "Mediastars" and get the more fame and wealth in the reality.Meanwhile,the "web stars" are becomingto the consumption symbols ,which are stimulating mass consumption.Fifth,the "Web Stars" get the success of the fame and wealth by the the interactionmechanism in this phenomenon.However,many problems can be found by analysising themultiple interactive communication forms of the phenomenon.We should pay attention to thenegative effect on social caused by the phenomenon .How to reduce the negative impact of thephenomenon and Play an active role in the community,we can find some Strategies by using theinteractive mechanism.In a word,this paper analysed the phenomenon of "web stars"by using interaction as thestarting point and employing the case"Meimei Guo" to study,in order to understanding thephenomenon in a new perspective.This paper attempted to find feasible strategies according toanalysis the interaction mechanism in the communication process of the phenomenon of the"Web Stars".
