The research of stars map bottom procession in celestial navigation has been done in this dissertation. Celestial navigation is basic model of autonomous orientation navigation of the spacecraft around the earth. The high precision flight attitude of spacecraft has been mainly received through star sensor. The priciple is that at first the star acts as reference and the stars image has been captured by star sensor, then stars image identification and attitude estimation have been done, at last the flight attitude of spacecraft has been received. The stars map procession is the base of star sensor procession.The stars map bottom processing includes in distortion correction, stars map denoising and centroid extraction. It is basis of star identification and important to successful identification. The dot model and polynomial mapping, wavelet transform and gauss curve fitting have been applied to stars image procession, and experiments have been performed on a simulating system platform and get satisfied results.
