With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional dataacquisition system has been unable to meet the people’s production and needs. Replacedby a digital intelligent data acquisition system, and the development of embeddedtechnology has injected new vitality into in this area, thus it has been more widely used bythe data acquisition system with embedded technology. In this paper, the main controlleris the embedded microprocessor S3C2440, in the support of embedded Linux operatingsystem, the data acquisition system based on embedded unmanned railwaycommunications room is designed, and it can complete the task of achieve the imageswhen the engine room have illegal invasion and temperature of engine room, and have theability to timely initiative the date of abnormal situation.In this paper, we firstly propose the overall design of the data acquisition system withunattended communication room. Then based on the embedded processor S3C2440, thissystem sets up the hardware and software platform for system development. Secondly,total design solution-tms is divided into three modules: image accquisiton module,temperature acquisition module, network transmission module. Image acquisition moduleused camera OV9650, Linux provides a Video4Linux API interface functions to completethe engine room of image acquisition, and through the frame difference method to achievemoving target detection in the principle of room. Finally, through the image formatconversion and image compression, to upload the image to the monitoring center actively.The single-bus digital sensor DS18B20is applied to the temperature acquisition moduleadopt, which to monitor the temperature of the engine room, when the temperatureexceeds the set limit, upload temperature actively and realize the alarm function. Networktransmission utilizes the typical C/S mode, acquisition board S3C2440as a client, themonitoring center as a server, based on TCP/IP protocol socket technology to realize thecommunication between client and server. Finally, the system tests and the design ofsystem meets the design requirements.The modular design method is used in this system, that can make the design moresimple and efficient, and which has well scalability and usefulness.
