Video Capture Based On Embedded Linux System Design And Implementation

Image is the most important carrier of information, relating to video technology in scientific research, industrial and agricultural production, health, public safety and other fields has been widely used. With the development of embedded technology, embedded processors and embedded real-time operating system and video information collection and processing technology to achieve the organic combination of video technology is toward integration, intelligence and network direction, to develop a more vast areas of daily life in the national economy and is playing an increasingly important role. Video technology is based on the video signal acquisition, processing and output-based, research in this area of great significance and practical value.Thesis ARM9 embedded microprocessor and embedded LINUX operating system, based on a video camera with USB access tools, design and implementation of a real-time video capture system. Video capture and in-depth study on the basis of embedded technology, the overall structure of the system's hardware and software design; design a complete hardware system, including video inputs, processing and LCD output features; design the corresponding software system including the establishment of the embedded software environment, drivers camera modification and transplantation, based on the video4linux capture technology development program to achieve a video capture functional requirements; based framebuff technology, completed a LCD video display. Video system running the test results show that the data acquisition system with high efficiency, good stability, smooth video display, real-time high, the system designed to meet the mission requirements.
