Wireless Local Area Network Node Module Of The Research And Realization Of The Preliminary

In the increasingly rapid development of modern information science and technology, the on-site data's collection and transmission of the manufacturing sector are more and more dependent on intelligence and networking. However, most of the traditional applications are using cable way, there is a high cost and difficulty laid at the scene. To achieve wireless communication is the most growth potential in form of the field data collection . Compared to the cable way ,wireless communication have a number of advantages, especially,it is suitable for on-site data acquisition systems. In the wireless data collection technology applications , agreement of wireless communication plays a vital role,it is directly related to wireless communications systems'security and the error bit rate as well as the speed of the system. This article reviewed on the basis of the short-range wireless communications technology reality application, for the poor mobility of cable way, the large environmental impact on cable laying, designing and realizing wireless local area network node module system based on nRF905 and AT89C2051.According to the system's actual requirements , the planning as a whole has been done, design of the structure of the station, and the selection for low-power system on the main device. Subjects completed the terminal server circuit design, and gave the proposed independent nodes of communication protocols.In terms of software of this paper, completed a wireless local area network communication protocol and structural frame design; completed a server module with the flow chart of the communication node in the design and preparation procedures; completed the independent network node module, the back of the net to register the design and process flow chart and the preparation of independent node module to send and receive data flow chart of the design and preparation procedures.Based on the communication requirements of a base station and a number of following stations , the article also designed a small wireless communications network, at the same time, completed the hardware schematic circuit design and production, and tested in the final of the system .In this paper, the design of small-scale wireless LAN node module with a small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable data transmission, anti-jamming ability and so on.It can be applied to the short-range wireless data transmission.
