According to different channels, telemetry system can be divided into two kinds of radiotelemetry and recovery telemetry. The transmission channel of the radio telemetry system willbe seriously interfered with or blocked at some stage in the aircraft flight test process, makingthe carrier signal can not be normal transmission. The telemetry system is needed to focus onmeasurement during these phases of flight, so the use of radio telemetry alone obviouslycannot meet the measurement requirements. General solution is recycled telemetry memory orretransmission telemetry. This research is studied in the category of memory retransmissiontelemetry areas. For the problem of wireless telemetry in the black area that data cannot be real-timetransmission, we propose a design of data storage recurrence circuit using memoryretransmission technology in order to implement the negative delay storage of the TelemetryPCM data stream in the black area; after a certain time delay, the memory data will betransformed into the form of code stream which is acceptable for telemetry and then be sentto a digital channel maintained by editing device for re-editing, so that data delayed itssending. Meanwhile, the circuit also uses a variety of memory re-issued to meet differenttelemetry testing requirements. This circuit adopts the design of a CPLD and ferroelectric memory FW23MLD16combination and it mainly consists of the clock, memory resend way design, data memorystorage controller, and string and format converter. This paper discusses an implementationmethod of a new, flexible, easy programmable data memory retransmission circuit. And thismethod provides a significant guarantee to maintain the integrity of the data and the researchon the flight test data during the entire testing process.
