Aiming at the difficult problems that encountered by the Pressure Testing Device inside the gun pressure in the current test. To meets the large, medium and small-caliber gun pressure testing needs, it analysis the development of the pressure testing device inside the gun pressure comprehensively. On the basis of The Electronic Bore Pressure-tested Device we have owned in our laboratory, I have the idea of designing the Electronic Pressure Device which integrated in order to join the sensor and the shell together. So it can resolve the contradiction between its small size and high precision. At the same time the research on the calibration technology of the device is talked, from the Chamber Pressure Calibration Test of the integrated Strain and Pressure Device to the simulation gun-pressure of the Dynamic Calibration. On the basis of some tests, after processing data, I study the rationality of calibration and the feasibility in the designing of this deviceThe paper adopts the methods such as theoretical analysis, computer simulation, laboratory and field test to carry through the following study, and the innovated researches have been processed carried through in some issues. Firstly, the relevant theory of the structural integration in designing is discussed, and analyses the advances and validity of the method by ANSYS computer simulation on its structure. Then I do research on the Resistance Strain Sensor and the Integrated Strain and Pressure Device carefully, shows the principles of the calibration on the Resistance Strain Sensor and the Dynamic Simulation gun-pressure of the pressure-strain respectively, gives a detailed analysis on this entire calibration process test. Finally, the paper shows processing methods to these experimental data and test results, calibrates the uncertainty of assessment of the system, increases the test accuracy of this device. It also discusses the feasibility of reduced pressure in the pressure chamber for calibration test of the application number. The research has an actual value on the request of gun pressure in the test device with small volume, micro-power and high precision.
