According to the problems encountered in existing testing instrument used for artillery chamber pressure measuring, fully analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the artillery chamber pressure measuring instruments at home and abroad. In order to meet the requirement of large, medium and small-caliber artillery chamber pressure test, this paper presents the design of strain type miniature electronic pressure measuring instrument based on the integration of sensing and shell. The design of the strain type electronic pressure measuring instrument is built on the basis of the existing internal electronic piezo gauge in our laboratory. The pressure sensor used in strain type pressure measuring instrument is constituted by the instrument itself shell and the resistance strain gauge, thus realizing the integration of senor and shell, and solving the shortcomings of large volume and high price of the original piezoelectric type pressure sensors. Through experiments, analyzed the feasibility of the design and the rationality of the pressure sensor calibration.In the designed process of the strain type electronic pressure measuring instrument, this paper, combined with related mechanics theory and the use of Ansys software, has done calculation analysis in detail on the shell of strain type electronic pressure measurement, discussed the feasibility of the shell design of pressure measurement. Present the design scheme of the measuring and memory circuit for the strain type pressure measurement, and solve the some serious problems existing in the circuit, and design the corresponding measuring and memory circuit. Research on static and dynamic calibration the theory of strain type pressure measurement, and the realization method of calibration test. Finally, experiment has been done for the strain type pressure measurement using the hydraulic calibration machine and simulation chamber pressure calibration system, and make the experimental data processing, analyze the main factors of affecting experimental results.In this paper, the strain type pressure measurement is small, works with low power consumption and low price, and its artillery gun pressure testing has great potential value.
