The Satellite Network is used to be a backup and emergency equipment for several communication department in CAAC are becoming common today, and the C-band and Ku-band CAAC Satellite Network is working normally nowadays. Because of the cost for Signal Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Equipment, the need of engineer good skills, and lack of the device for testing Interference Signals, there is no any suitable equipment for signal monitoring automatically in CAAC Satellite Network Station especially in IF signal monitoring nowadays. So, the study is of great significance to the protection of satellite network and a low-cost, automatically and a expansibility monitoring equipment is needed imminently.In this article, considering the characteristics that Signal Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Equipment Based on Superheterodyne technology, and in improved Superheterodyne technology, the article used DDS instand of VCO technology to accelerate the swept process, the use of SAW filter to accelerate the simple speed, and to enhance the signal analyse ability the device based on FPGA and DSP-block. All in all, those technologys could be enhance the speed, freauency,gain level and the expansibility, and reduce the price at the same time.The article is work on the software and the hardware R&D, and also work on the methods and operation procedures of interference detection to the Air Traffic Management of CAAC. The hardware R&D is the great mass of works, and has build on Analog, DDS, Uperheterodyne and FPGA with DSP-block, and founded the bases on the test and analysis.Finally, the equipment function including DDS, foreside analog signals, SAW filter and Superheterodyne technology is verified by test and analysis, and accounts for signal gain stability, signal gain and Eb/NO. The result of the equipment testing is the rationality and correctness of the improved method and will prove to the validity of the Satellite Network IF Signal Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Equipment.
